1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of Rooms In The Building Of The Cloakroom Facilities Of The Municipal Stadium At Ul. Dworcowa 28. The Task Includes A Comprehensive Modernization Of The Cloakroom Facilities Of The Municipal Stadium At Ul. Dworcowa 28 In Knurów (Plot No. 2141/59). In Addition To The Modernization Of The Rooms, The Task Will Include The Construction Of New Technical Infrastructure, I.E. Electrical Installation, Water And Sewage Installation, Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning (In Selected Rooms).2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparatory, Dismantling And Demolition Works, 2) Comprehensive Modernization Of Cloakrooms, Sanitary Rooms And Halls In The Building, 3) Construction Of A New Electrical And Low Current Installation (Telecommunication Network), 4) Construction Of A New Water, Sewage And Sanitary Installation, 5) Installation Of A Mechanical Ventilation System, 6) Replacement Of Stair Railings In Corridors, 7) Construction Of New Door Joinery And Entrance Doors To The Building,8) Purchase Of The Necessary Equipment For Cloakrooms.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, The Bill Of Quantities And The Arrangements Resulting From The Contract Template, Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Swz And Its Annexes And Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described Therein.4. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Devices And Materials Wherever The Design Documentation Describes The Subject Of The Order Using Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor. The Types Of Devices, Catalog Cards, Descriptions, Drawings And Manufacturers Names Should Be Treated As Examples.5. All Parameters, Including Technical, Operational And Operational Parameters Of The Devices And Materials Used By The Contractor In The Execution Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Indicated In The Swz And Its Annexes. Changing Any Of The Devices, Elements, Materials, Etc.
