1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Separate Design Documentation For Investment Tasks Entitled: A) Reconstruction Of Ul. Trzeciaków And Dywizjonu 303, B) Expansion Of Ul. Graniczna In The Section From Ul. Rawska To Ul. Strobowska, C) Reconstruction/Expansion Of Kameralna Street, Including Authors Supervision, Separately For Each Of The Above-Mentioned Investment Tasks.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor, For Each Of The Above-Mentioned Investment Tasks: A) Will Prepare A Design Concept, In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In The Fup - Annexes No. 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 To This Swz. B) Will Prepare Complete, Comprehensive, Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Based On The Concept Adopted By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Conditions Contained In The Ffu - Annexes No. 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Allows Changes To The Adopted Concept Resulting From The Design Work And Provided That They Are Accepted By The Ordering Party. C) Will Perform All Inventories Necessary For The Implementation Of A Given Investment Task (Investment), Technical Condition Assessments, Expert Opinions, Maps For Design Purposes, Geotechnical Land Surveys (And Will Provide Their Results), Plot Division Designs, Will Determine The Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Building Structures, Will Carry Out Expert Opinions And Tests Which, In Accordance With Generally Applicable Legal Regulations, Will Prove Necessary To Prepare Complete And Comprehensive Design Documentation, And Will Also Allow The Ordering Party To Carry Out The Investment Task. D) Complete Construction, Technical And Executive Designs - If Necessary, For All Industries, Designs To Remove Any Conflicts With Existing And Planned Land Development Elements, Designs For Permanent Changes In Traffic Organization, Designs For Temporary Changes In Traffic Organization (For The Duration Of Construction Works, Greenery Management Designs, Greenery Planting Designs, Including Compensatory Greenery, E) Prepare Bills Of Quantities (For All Works) And Investor Cost Estimates (For All Works), F) Prepare Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (For All Works), G) Obtain All Necessary Decisions And Permits, Including: A Decision To Implement A Road Investment And/Or A Decision On A Construction Permit, And/Or Make An Effective Notification Of Construction Works, Decisions To Cut Down Trees And Shrubs - If Necessary, H) Obtain Technical Conditions, Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents Enabling The Ordering Party To Perform The Resulting Works From The Completed Design Documentation.
