The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Loose Wood Pellets, By Tanker With Pneumatic Loading, To The Boiler Rooms Of Schools For Which The Kutno Commune Is The Managing Body, In A Total Estimated Amount Of 250 Tons, In Accordance With The Current Demand During The Duration Of The Contract. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively On The Basis Of Orders Placed By The Principals Of Individual Schools, Depending On The Actual Fuel Consumption.2. Guarantee And Warranty For Defects: The Contractor Is Liable To The Ordering Party For Defects In Wood Pellets That Reduce Its Value Or Usefulness, And In The Event Of Losses Resulting From This, The Contractor Undertakes To Cover Them.5. Requirements For Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship: The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Or Subcontractor (Including A Further Subcontractor) Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Involving Physical Work And Vehicle Operators During The Execution Of The Order.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order Within The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Order.8.
