Project Context FTL will implement emergency Livelihoods Cash-for-Work in Baabda and Baalbek to provide temporary income to conflict-affected IDPs, returnees, refugees and vulnerable host communities while rehabilitating public assets and services affected by displacement, waste accumulation and conflict damage. The requested waste collection bins will support supervised municipal clean-up activities, improve temporary waste containment, and help reduce uncontrolled waste accumulation at selected worksites.
