Tenders are invited for Providing Catering Service at Litro Gas Lanka Limited. The Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, on behalf of Litro Gas Lanka Limited, invites sealed bids from catering service providers or restaurants with a minimum of three (03) years of recent experience in providing catering services to corporate or institutional clients. Bidders must have experience serving an average of 400 meals per day for a minimum of 25 operating days per month during the past two years. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 05th August 2026 at 10:30 AM. Interested parties must register by submitting an authorization letter on behalf of their company to [email protected] on or before 3:00 PM on 04th August 2026. Bidders must furnish a Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee from a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka. The bid security must be valid until 04th November 2026. The value of the bid security is LKR 650,000.00 Procurement documents will be issued to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 12,500.00. Documents may be collected on any working day (Mon-Fri) between 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM from 28th July 2026 up to 18th August 2026 (inclusive). Duly completed bidding documents must be deposited in the Tender Box located at the Procurement Department, 05th Floor, Litro Gas Lanka Limited Head Office, No. 267, Union Place, Colombo 02, Sri Lanka, on or before 3:00 PM on 19th August 2026.
