If further information is required regarding this procurement may obtain from the Extension and Training Centre of the Department of Agriculture either by calling over at this office or by calling on the Telephone Number given below. A pre bid meeting regarding this will be held at 10.30 a.m. on 04.08.2026 at the Extension and Training Centre of the Department of Agriculture. Sealed bids perfected in duplicate may either be sent by Registered Post to the address given below or deposited in the Bid Box kept at this office after entering in the Bids Register kept in this office to receive before 10.30 a.m. on 10.08.2026. Bids will be opened at the Extension and Training Centre at the times and dates mentioned in the table below. Late bids will be rejected.
