1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Road Constituting Part Of Działkowcy Street - From Connecting The Roundabout To The Entrance To Ul. Chmielniki (Under Construction According To A Separate Implementation), To Be Incorporated Into The Existing Street Surface On Plot No. 4737.2. The Road In Question Will Be A Public Road, Category: Municipal Road, Class: Z. 3. The Project Will Include, Among Others: On: • Construction Of A New Road From The Roundabout To Ul. Chmielniki Towards Ul. Laskowicka;• Construction Of A Bicycle Path And A Pedestrian Route;• Reconstruction And Construction Of Exits;• Cutting Down Trees And Bushes;• Relocation And Demolition Of Fences;• Construction Of A Fragment Of The Storm Sewage System;• Construction Of A Fragment Of The Sanitary Sewage System; • Construction Of A Water Supply Network With Hydrants Along The Planned Road; • Construction Of Lighting Along The Road; • Construction Of A Service Channel; • Construction Of Culverts Under Exits; • Construction Of Lawns; • Installation Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings; • Construction Of Devices For Road Traffic Safety In The Road, Consisting In The Construction Of Lighting For Bicycle Crossings.4. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: • Provide Surveying Services During The Works, Including: Geodetic Marking Out And Carrying Out An As-Built Inventory;• Preparing A Temporary Traffic Organization Project, Introducing And Maintaining Temporary Construction Markings In Accordance With The Temporary Traffic Organization Project Prepared And Approved By The Contractor;• Ensuring Ornithological Supervision;• Ensuring Archaeological Supervision; • Drainage And Strengthening Of Excavations For The Duration Of The Works According To The Contractors Solutions And To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order; The Method Of Strengthening And Draining The Excavations, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop On Its Own And Agree With The Investors Supervision (If Necessary); • Obtain A Decision On The Occupancy Permit Or Make An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Works To The Competent Construction Supervision Authority, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, And Then Submit To The Ordering Party The Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit Or A Document Confirming The Lack Of Objections, Respectively By The Competent Authority Within The Statutory Deadline. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Grant The Contractor Appropriate Powers Of Attorney Necessary To Carry Out The Above Activities Or To Sign The Application Prepared By The Contractor.5.
