►The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance Of Fire Doors In Military Complexes Administered By The 13Th Military Economic Division In Grudziądz, I.E. Group, Grudziądz And Gardea, In Accordance With The Requirements And Description Of The Subject Under The Terms Specified In The Draft Terms Of The Contract. ►The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Adjustment Of Door Leaves, 2) Installation Of Seals, 3) Adjustment Of Door Closers, 4) Installation Of Door Closers, 5) Regulation Hinges, 6) Replacement Of Passive Door Leaf Bolts, 7) Adjustment Of The Operation Of The Leaf Closing Sequence Regulator For Double-Leaf Doors, 8) Replacement Of Locks. ► The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Ensure The Safety Of The Employees Performing The Work (In Particular, To Train The Employees And Equip Them With The Necessary Equipment); 2) Carry Out The Works In The Service Area In A Way That Does Not Cause Any Inconvenience To The Users Of The Military Complex; 3) Enable Safe And Uninterrupted Use Of The Buildings During The Implementation Of The Service Employees, Soldiers And Customers Of A Given Military Unit. If The Conditions As Above Are Not Met, The Contractor Shall Be Liable For Damages And Situations Arising As A Result Of His Actions Or Omission. ► Persons Carrying Out The Subject Of The Order Must Have A Certificate Of Completion Of Training For Conservators Of Fire-Resistant Doors And Locks. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Demand That The Contractor Submit Copies Of Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Above Rights By The Contractor At The Stage Of Execution Of The Contract.
