The Documentation Developed Under The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Of Completeness And Compliance With Applicable Regulations. Legal Provisions, Technical Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Enable The Ordering Party To: 1) Obtain The Right To Carry Out The Works, 2) Prepare And Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure For The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works, 3) Correct And Lawful Implementation Of The Planned Construction Works, 4) Ensure Improvement Of Traffic Safety Conditions And Comfort Of Use Of The Street.
