The Ot Area Includes: - Enterprise-Class Server Dedicated To Handling Scada And Plc Industrial Applications And Integration With The Central Siem/Soar System - 1 Pc. - Managed Switch For Ot Technological Facilities - 3 Pcs. - Ups Dedicated To Ot Facilities - 1 Pc. - Antivirus/Edr Software License For Scada And Ot - 1 License. The Ordering Party Does Not Require An On-Site Visit. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes (Within The Meaning Of Article 2 Point 14 Of Regulation (Eu) 2019/881 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of April 17 2019 On Enisa (European Union Agency For Cybersecurity) And Cybersecurity Certification In The Field Of Information And Communication Technologies And Repealing Regulation (Eu) No. 526/2013 (Cybersecurity Act)) Used To Perform The Contract, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Did Not Include: - Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; - Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision.
