The Order Covers The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Students Of Schools And Kindergartens From The Kościan Commune In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended), The Act Of March 14, 1985 On The State Sanitary Inspection (Consolidated Text Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 416, As Amended), Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of April 17, 2007 On The Collection And Storage Of Food Samples By Closed Type Mass Catering Establishments (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 80, Item 545, As Amended), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of February 16, 2026 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Consumption By Children And Adolescents In The Units Of The Education System And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Feeding Of Children And Adolescents In These Units And This Swz. A. Scope Of The Order:1. The Subject Of The Order Are Food Services Consisting In The Preparation And Delivery Of Hot, One-Dish Lunch Meals For Children And Adolescents In Thermo-Insulated Thermos Flasks Ensuring The Appropriate Temperature When Consumed, I.E. + 63ºc, Cold Dishes + 4ºc, To Individual Educational Institutions In The Kościan Commune. In These Institutions, The Directors Will Appoint The Person Responsible For Collecting From The Contractor And Serving Meals, And Will Provide The Necessary Dishes And Cutlery To Consume The Meal. The Meal, Its Preparation And Transport Should Comply With Appropriate Hygienic And Sanitary Conditions And Meet The Conditions Specified In Generally Applicable Legal Regulations. 2. It Is Expected That Approximately 628 Lunches Will Be Delivered Per Day (On School Days) And From 59 To 141 Lunches Per Day, From Monday To Friday (Excluding Holidays), During Holidays And Winter Breaks.. The Number Of Meals Has Been Estimated And May Change During The Term Of The Contract, Therefore The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Size Of The Order Referred To Below By No More Than 45% Of The Value Of This Service.
