1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of The Manufacturers Technical Support Service For Dell/Emc Servers Owned By The Ordering Party. 2. The Technical Support Service Should Be Provided To A Standard No Worse Than Post Standard Support (For Servers Included In Table No. 1, Items 1-6 And 15-17 Opz) With The Keep Your Hard Drive Option, Prosupport Nbd (For Servers Included In Table No. 1, Items 7-17 Opz) With The Keep Your Hard Drive Option For Dell/Emc Servers Described In Table No. 1 Opz, Including: A) The Possibility Of Reporting A Problem By Telephone, At Least 8 Hours A Day, 5 Business Days A Week, And Sending Service Requests 24 Hours A Day Via The Indicated Service E-Mail Address Of The Manufacturer Or The Manufacturers Authorized Service, B) The Response Of The Manufacturers Service At The Ordering Partys Headquarters In The Event Of Equipment Failure Should Take Place By The Next Business Day Following The Diagnosis Of The Problem By The Manufacturer Or The Manufacturers Authorized Service And The Recognition That Assistance At The Ordering Partys Office Is Necessary Necessary, C) Direct, Registered Access To The Manufacturers Technical Support Center 24 Hours A Day, Enabling Direct, Independent Opening Of Service Requests By The Ordering Party In The Manufacturers Technical Support Center With No Limit On The Number Of Inquiries, D) Disk Replacement Includes The Keep Your Disk Option (In The Event Of A Failure Of The Data Carrier - Hard Disk, The Manufacturers Service Replaces The Disk Without The Need To Return The Damaged Carrier) Throughout The Support Period, E) In The Case Of Prosupport Nbd Support, The Service Should Provide At Least Access To The Latest Device Firmware And The Ability To Download The Latest Software From The Manufacturers Website, F) Repair Of The Damaged Device At The Installation Site (On-Site). 3. Detailed
