The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order Referred To Above Must Have The Permits, Certificates, Certificates Required By Law Currently In Force, E.G. Approvals For Marketing In Poland In Accordance With The Intended Purpose.3.
