Helsingin Kaupungin Asunnot Oy (Heka) Asks Bidders To Participate In The Market Dialogue Related To The Removal Of Blemishes And Graffiti In Residential Buildings And The Protection Of Surfaces. Section 33 (Maintenance And Repair Of The Building) Of The Building Regulations Of The City Of Helsinki That Entered Into Force On November 2, 2010 (Approved By The City Council On September 22, 2010) Stipulates That Blemishes Must Be Removed From The Facades Of The Building As Soon As It Is Technically Possible. Similarly, The Land Use And Building Act Obliges The Owner To Keep The Buildings Clean For The Environment. The Service Package Is Divided Into Two Areas: 1. Subdivision: Service Areas Of The South, West And Special Housing Sites2. Sub-Area: East And North Service Areas The Scope Of The Service Includes Approximately 140 Sites In The South, 122 Sites In The East, 119 Sites In The West, And 136 Sites In The North (Https://Www.Hekaoy.Fi/Khätet/Tutustu-Kohteisiimme/) And About 50 Special Housing Sites. The Actual Contract Is Valid For Two (2) Years From The Start Date Of The Contract Period. The Customer Has The Right To Extend The Contract Period Two (2) Times For One (1) Option Year At A Time. Heka Wants Comments On, Among Other Things:* The Content Of The Procurement Object/Service (Service Description)* Contract Terms, E.G. Price Change Conditions And Contract Sanctions* Pricing Criteria* Responsibility Criteria By Registering, Companies Interested In Market Dialogue Have The Opportunity To Conduct A Procurement Dialogue With Heka. The Procurement Documents To Be Commented On Are Delivered To The Registered Companies By E-Mail To The E-Mail Indicated By The Company. The Market Dialogue Is Carried Out As A Forms Survey And About A Week Is Reserved For Commenting. The Survey May Be Carried Out As Several Surveys.
