2.1 The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Revitalization Of The Fire Station In Nová Role Event, Located On Construction Plot No. 1048 In The Cadastral Territory Of Nová Role. These Are Construction Modifications Of The Existing Stand-Alone, Two-Story And Partially Basement Building Of The Fire Station. The Purpose Of Using The Building Does Not Change With The Execution Of The Order. In Particular, The Fulfillment Includes: • Construction Modifications Of The Building Envelope, Facade, Plinth And Opening Fillings, • Modification Of The Main Entrance To The Building, Removal Of The Existing Lee And Construction Of A New Entrance Including An Outdoor Staircase, • Layout And Construction Modifications Of Interior Spaces, • Building A Clean And Dirty Dressing Room For Members Of The Fire Protection Unit, • Modification Of Social Facilities, Including Washrooms, Showers, Toilets, Urinals And Related Facilities, • Modification Of Medical Installations, Electrical Installations, Lighting And Other Technical Equipment Of The Building, • Related Demolition, Masonry, Assembly, Finishing And Other Construction Works, • Construction Site Equipment, Disposal And Proper Handover Of Waste, • Performing All Prescribed Tests, Revisions, Measurements And Controls, • Putting The Affected Premises And Surfaces In Proper Condition And Handing Over The Finished Work To The Customer
