Tenders Are Invited For Providing Environmental Advice And Assistance In Connection With The Management Of Environmental Risks In Accordance With The Iso14001 Standard In The Projects Of The Coastal Department

1. Providing Environmental Advice By Making An Environmental Consultant Available For A Number Of Projects In The Context Of Compliance With The Iso14001 Environmental Standard. The Client Reserves The Option To Omit, Partially Omit Or Change Certain Projects, Or To Add Similar Projects. Omitting, Partially Omitting, Changing Or Adding Projects Cannot Give Rise To Any Compensation Of Any Kind. In Other Words The Client Has The Right Not To Use The Service Provider For Certain Projects. The Signing Of This Agreement Does Not Entitle The Service Provider To Have Knowledge Of All Planned Activities Of The Client. The Coastal Department Has Opted To Carry Out Its Tasks In Accordance With The Iso 9001 And Iso 14001 Quality Certificates. During The Realization Of The Various Projects, The Contractor In Question Must Provide Formal, Written Advice When Drawing Up The Assignment Documents, Draw Up An Environmental Aspects Analysis At The Start Of The Assignment And Carry Out On-Site Audits On Demand In The Context Of The Assignments Concerned. When Drawing Up This Analysis And Monitoring The Work, The Coastal Department Wishes To Call On An External Environmental Advisor. With Regard To The Preparation Of Environmental Aspects Analyzes And Advice In Connection With Maintaining Standard Templates For Environmental Aspects Analyses, The Client Undertakes To Work As Much As Possible With The Procedures And Templates That The Client Has Already Introduced In The Department For This Purpose. 2. Providing Ad-Hoc Advice, I.E. Advising The Client On The Application Of The Applicable Environmental Legislation And Keeping The Environmental Management System Up To Date, Updating The Individual Environmental Register And Individual Explanations, Complex Files, Assistance With Environmental Incidents, Etc. This Advice Must Be Interpreted Broadly.
