The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1. Preparation Of An Investment Project For Stage I And Stage Ii According To The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification; 2. Implementation Of The Cmp For Stage I According To The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification For The Stage; 3. Exercise Of Author Supervision For Stage I And Stage Ii, When Construction Is Available For The Respective Stage The Scope Of The Order Includes: Construction Of A Monolithic One-Story Service Building With Changing Rooms, Bathrooms, Rooms For Coaches, Judges And Medical Services; Construction Of Reinforced Concrete Tribunes With A Capacity Of Up To 250 Seats, Partially Covered With A Visor; Construction Of Two Training Sports Fields For Mini-Football With Artificial Flooring, Fence, Drainage And Lighting; Construction Of A Parking Lot With Parking Spaces, Including For Disabled People And Buses. The Technical Specification Describes The Parameters And Requirements For Both Stage I And Stage Ii, As They Are Part Of An Overall Engineering For The Stadium. In View Of The Available Funding And The Estimated Value, The Preparation Of An Investment Project, The Construction And Installation Works For Stage 1 And The Authors Supervision For Stages 1 And 2 Are Within The Scope Of This Public Procurement. The Implementation Of Stage 2 Will Be Commissioned After Securing Financing And Determining The Corresponding Estimated Value, Taking Into Account The Investment Project Already Prepared For The Entire Site.
