The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply And Balancing Of Certain Amounts Of Net Active Electrical Energy For Objects Of The Municipality Of Dulgopol, Connected At The Medium Voltage Level, Described In Detail In The Technical Specification, By A Licensed Electrical Energy Supplier And Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Legally Determined Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. The Same Will Be Paid By The Employer To The Contractor. In Connection With The Above, A Contract For Combined Services Will Be Concluded With The Contractor In The Sense Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Ptee /Rules For Trade In Electrical Energy/.
