When Executing The Order, The Following Should Be Done: For Specific Position No. 1: Provision Of Access To The Internet - Data Transfer Through High-Speed Optical Media For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Varna And Its Budget Units, According To Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. For Specific Position No. 2: Provision Of Secure Communication Connectivity (Data Vpn) With Included Backup Connectivity Designed To Ensure Reliable And Secure Data Exchange Between The Control Centers And The Relevant Sites Of The Contracting Authority, According To Technical Specification - Appendix No. 2. ​​​​​​​ Purpose Of The Open Procedure: The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Conclude Framework Agreements, In Which Not All Conditions Are Defined, For The Award Of Contracts For The Provision Of Internet Access And Provision Of Secure Communication Connectivity (Data Vpn). By Awarding This Contract, The Contracting Authority Seeks To Select Potential Contractors Of The Subject Of The Contract, Possessing Professional Qualifications And Practical Experience, Corresponding To The Subject Of The Contract, To Whom The Municipality Of Varna Will Entrust The Implementation Of The Activities Under The Subject Of The Public Contract. In Order To Achieve Expediency In Spending Budgetary And Other Funds And Complying With The Basic Principles Of The Ppa, The Contracting Authority Decides To Conduct An Open Procedure For Concluding Framework Agreements In Which Not All Conditions Are Defined With A Term Of Implementation Of Up To 36 Months, Starting From The Date Of Entry Into Force Of Each Agreement With 1 (One) Potential Contractor Who Meets The Conditions Previously Announced By The Contracting Authority. Scope And Main Parameters Of The Public Procurement: The Scope, Main Parameters And Conditions Under Which The Activities Included In The Public Procurement Will Be Performed Will Be Determined For Each Specific Award In Accordance With Article 82, Paragraph 2 Of The Public Procurement Act. ​​​
