Tenders Are Invited For Supply Of Ball Valves And Components

The Subject Of The Public Procurement Consists In The Supply Of New, Unused, Shut-Off Valves And Components For Building Installations And Building Water Diversions (Svo). The Delivery Of The Items Will Be Carried Out At The Discretion Of The Employer, Depending On The Objects To Be Performed And The Nature Of The Accidents That Have Occurred. The Proposed Products Must Necessarily Comply With The Technical Requirements And Standards Set By The Employer In The Technical Specification For The Public Procurement, An Integral Part Of The Documentation. The Indicated Quantities Are Estimated And The Employer Is Not Obliged To Declare Them, And In The Case Of The Need For Larger Deliveries Of Some Items, It Is Possible To Exceed Them. The Delivery Of The Products Takes Place After A Written Request Of The Contracting Authority. Deliveries Must Be Made Within A Time Frame According To The Offer, Which Cannot Be Longer Than 7 (Seven) Working Days From The Date Of The Written Request.
