The Subject Of This Public Procurement Covers The Following Activities: Activity I – Preparation Of An Investment Project: The Technical Design In All Parts Must Be Prepared In Accordance With The Approved Design Specifications. The Project Documentation Must Comply With The Regulations - Territorial Planning Act, Ordinance No. 4/2001. On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects And Other By-Laws On The Applicable Parts. The Project Will Be Subject To Coordination And Approval And Will Be The Basis For The Issuance Of A Building Permit, According To Chapter Eight, Section Ii Of The Zut. The Project Should Be Accompanied By Detailed Bills Of Quantities For The Applicable Parts. Activity Ii - Implementation Of The Smr For The Construction Of The Site: Carrying Out Construction And Installation Works In Accordance With The Approved Investment Project And The Regulations. Activity Iii – Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction, Including Preparation And Design Of The Complete Set Of Executive Documentation For The Construction According To Art. 175 Of The Zut As A Mandatory Condition For Putting The Facility Into Operation. The Full Volume Of Activities Is Specified In The Terms Of Reference, Which Also Serves As A Design Assignment For Awarding The Investment Project. ​​​​​​​
