The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electrical Energy And The Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For Nacid. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Medium-Voltage Electric Energy With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With The Electricity System Operator (Eso) And The Assumption Of The Costs Of Imbalances For The Employers Site, Specified In The Technical Specification, Part Of The Participation Documentation. Based On The Electricity Consumption Data For The Previous 12 Months, Adjusted For Any Changes In The Amount, The Estimated Volume Of The Total Amount Of Electricity For A Period Of 12 Months, After The Award Of The Contract, Is Set At 500 Mwh. The Estimated Volume Of The Total Amount Of Electricity Is Indicative And Serves Only For Information For The Purposes Of This Order. The Estimated Quantity Of Electricity Consumption For The Term Of The Contract Of 12 (Twelve) Months Does Not In Any Way Obligate The Contracting Authority To Use It, Nor Does It In Any Way Limit The Consumption Of The Contracting Authority Within Its Framework, And The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Necessary Amount Of Electricity For A Day, For A Month Or For The Entire Period Of The Contract. ​​​​​​​
