The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-Made Food - Hot Lunch For Persons From Vulnerable Groups In The Municipality Of Venets In The Period From The Date Of Receipt, By The Contractor, Of A Letter Of Assignment For Awarding Its Implementation (After Securing Financing, But Not Earlier Than 01.10.2026) To 16.07.2027, Including: 1. Preparation Of A Hot Lunch, In Its Own Material Base, Meeting The Requirements Of The Food Act And Related By-Laws; 2. Packaging The Prepared Food In A Way That Protects It From Contamination, In Disposable Containers And Packaging Approved For Food Contact; 3. Transportation Of The Hot Lunch To The Designated Locations, With The Vehicles Meeting The Requirements Of The Food Act And Related By-Laws. The Estimated Number Of Persons From Vulnerable Groups In The Municipality Of Venets, Determined To Be Entitled To Receive The Service, Amounts To 420 Persons, Distributed According To The Protocol Of The Committee For The Selection Of Final Recipients And A Prepared List Of Those Entitled. The Estimated Number Of Working Days During Which The Service Is Planned To Be Performed Is 197 Working Days. Providing A Hot Lunch Is A Single Meal, Which Includes - Soup - Minimum 250 Grams, Main Course - Minimum 300 Grams, Bread - Minimum 150 Grams And At Least Once A Week Dessert - Minimum 150 Grams. When Implementing The Subject Of The Order, The Guide Of The Specific Beneficiary For The Execution And Management Of Contracts Under Operation Bg05sfpr003-1.001 - Hot Lunch Under The Program Food And Basic Material Support 2021-2027, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, Should Be Followed. For The Period From 17.07.2027 To 31.12.2027 (115 Working Days), The Contracting Authority Has The Right To An Option To Extend The Term Of The Contract For The Provision Of Services For The Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-Made Food - Hot Lunch For Persons From Vulnerable Groups In The Municipality Of Venets, As Well As To An Option To Change (Increase) The Unit Price For 1 Pc. Hot Lunch, In The Event Of An Official Change In The Value Of A Unit Of Expenditure (Rate For One Lunch), Determined By The Managing Authority Of The Financing Program, In Accordance With The Conditions Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.
