And Provision Of Demand Forecasting Service, Preparation And Submission Of Load Schedules By The Coordinator Of The Balancing Group, Taking Responsibility For Balancing And All Activities Related To The Participation Of The Contracting Authority In The Liberalized Electricity Market. The Estimated Amount Of Active Electrical Energy For 12 /Twelve/ Months /Determined On The Basis Of Measured Amounts Of Electrical Energy Consumed During The Previous One-Year Period/ Is 240,000 Kwh /Two Hundred And Forty Thousand Kilowatt-Hours/ For All The Contracting Authoritys Facilities.
