The Procedure Is Conducted On The Basis Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 8 In Connection With Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. An Open Procedure With The Same Subject, With A Unique Number In The Rop 01418-2025-0004, Opened By Decision No. F759445/16.10.2025, Was Terminated By Decision No. D52298607/27.01.2026 On The Basis Of Art. 110, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, As All Submitted Offers Are Inappropriate Within The Meaning Of § 2, Item 25 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Decision To Terminate Was Confirmed By Decision No. 281/26.03.2026 Of The Commission For The Protection Of Competition Under File No. Kzk-159/2026, Left In Force By Final Decision No. 7926/13.07.2026 Of The Supreme Administrative Court, Fourth Department, Under Adm. Case No. 4225/2026. The Initially Announced Terms Of The Order Have Not Been Significantly Changed. The Execution Of All Deliveries Will Be Carried Out After Previously Prepared Written Requests From Officials Working At The Relevant Nursery Or Childrens Kitchen, According To Their Working Hours, To The Free Warehouse (Reception Premises) In The Buildings Of The Following Sites: Childrens Nursery No. 12 Klimentina - City Of Plovdiv, Street Kaliakra No. 1A; Nursery No. 14 Dream - Plovdiv, St. Stamat Ikonomov No. 28; Childrens Nursery Slancho - City Of Plovdiv, Georgi Kondolov Street No. 43B; Nursery No. 35 Patilantsi - Plovdiv, 12 Georgi Ikonomov Street; Childrens Kitchen No. 5 Zvezdichka - Plovdiv, Georgi Kondolov St. No. 43A. An Option Is Provided: In Case, By The End Of The Contract, Its Total Value Under Art. (2.1) Has Not Been Exhausted, The Term Of The Contract Under Art. (4.1) Can Be Extended Until The Total Value Under Art. (2.1), But For No More Than 6 (Six) Months.
