The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Fuels For Refueling Motor Vehicles And Gas Oil For Industrial And Communal Needs Of The Bulgarian National Radio And The Regional Divisions For A Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months. The Order Is Divided Into Two Separate Items, As Follows: Separate Item No. 1 Delivery Of Automobile Fuel Via Cashless Payment Cards For The Needs Of The Bnr; Separate Item No. 2 Delivery Of Heating Fuel For The Needs Of The Bnr. Estimated Quantities Are Defined As Follows: 1. For Specific Item No. 1: A Total Of 140,000 (One Hundred And Forty Thousand) Liters, Distributed As Follows: 95,000 Liters - A-95-H Motor Gasoline And 45,000 Liters - Diesel Motor Fuel; 2. For Specific Item No. 2: 47,000 (Forty-Seven Thousand) Liters Of Gas Oil. The Indicated Quantities Are Estimates And Are Not Binding On The Employer/Buyer. Depending On The Actual Needs And Requirements, The Same Can Be Increased Or Decreased During The Term Of The Contract, And The Contractor/Seller Will Not Seek Responsibility If They Are Not Absorbed In Their Entirety. In These Cases, The Employer Does Not Owe Compensation Or Penalties To The Seller. ​​​​The Conditions For The Execution Of The Order Are Provided In The Technical Specification.
