The Subject Of The Service Is The Delivery; Professional Installation And Commissioning Of 3 Body Scanners Based On Millimeter Waves, Including Shoe Scanners, For Use In Closed Rooms Within The Jva Burg, Jva Halle And The Ja Raßnitz In Accordance With The Requirements Profile Under Point Xiv Of The Service Description. The System Is Used For The Non-Contact, Automatic Detection Of Potentially Threatening Objects Of Any Kind (Metallic, Ceramic, Plastic, Liquid, Organic) That Are Carried On The Body Or Clothing Of Prisoners, Visitors Or Staff. The Service Components Of The Tender Are Defined In This Respect: • Delivery Of A Total Of Three Body Scanners In Accordance With The Requirement Profile Under Point Ivx., One Each For The Jva Burg, Jva Halle And The Jail Raßnitz, • Professional Installation And Assembly, Measurement, Calibration, Connection To The Power Supply And Ready-To-Use Handover, • Comprehensive Instruction Of The Jva/Ja Operating Staff (Multiplier Training) Centrally In The Jva Halle For At Least 10 Employees, • The Handover Of The Complete Technical Documentation And • A Maintenance And Service Contract With A Term Of Four Years Including The Dguv-V3 Test To Be Carried Out. All Applicable Eu And National Standards (E.G. Radiation Protection Act, Emc Guidelines) Must Be Adhered To And The Necessary Certifications Must Be Proven.
