Hvidovre Municipality Must Carry Out A Series Of Renovations At Engstrandskolen To Improve The Acoustics And Sound Level In Three Separate Wings. Hvidovre Municipality Has Assessed That The Projects Complexity Requires That The Task Not Be Solved In Several Independent Contracts. It Is Hvidovre Municipalitys Intention To Enter Into An Agreement On Client Consultancy For The Following Main Services. Phase 1: Needs And Clarification Process Which Includes Analysis Of Existing Buildings And Technical Conditions, Identification Of Significant Acoustic, Indoor Climate And Building Issues And Clarification Of Functional Needs. The Adviser Must Also Identify, Qualify And Prioritize Possible Options. The Options May Concern Improvements That Have A Natural Connection With The Projects Purpose, Including Improvements To Natural Light/Daylight, Acoustics, Sound Insulation, Aesthetics, Spatial Qualities And The Learning And Working Environment. The Goal Is To Obtain Deliveries That Can Create A Sufficiently Informed And Qualified Basis For Further Decisions Regarding The Projects Content, Ambition And Financial Framework. Deliveries In Phase 1 Are At Outline And Clarification Level With Individual Visualisations. Phase 2: Planning And Tendering Of The Main Contract, Which Includes Further Work With The Selected Scenario From Phase 1. In This Phase, The Consultant Must Be Responsible For The Material For The Tender To A Main Contractor. Phase 3: Execution And Handover Includes Advice During The Execution Of The Main Contract, Including Construction Meetings, Professional Supervision, Handover And 1St Year Review.
