Refuse Disposal And Treatment – ​​Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Properties Located In The Municipality Of Zgierz. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor Of A Service Consisting In: A) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live, Located In The City Of Zgierz Commune, Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Premises Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated, Located In An Inhabited Multi-Unit Building, Located In The City Of Zgierz Commune, B) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From An Uninhabited Part Of The Property Where Municipal Waste Is Generated, Located On An Inhabited Property With A Single-Family Building, C) Equipping The Indicated Points With Containers For Collecting Medicines And Collecting And Managing The Collected Medicines, D) Collecting And Managing Small Electrical And Electronic Equipment From Containers Indicated By The Ordering Party, E) Running A Selective Waste Collection Point In The City Of Zgierz Commune Municipal, To Which Municipal Waste Will Be Delivered From Real Estate Where Residents Live, Located In The City Of Zgierz Commune, F) Providing Property Owners With A Waste Collection Schedule Along With Information Materials Related To The Municipal Waste Management System In The City Of Zgierz, G) Providing And Delivering Bags To Property Owners For Selective Collection Of: Metals And Plastics, Paper, Glass; 2) The Deadline For Implementing The Subject Of The Contract In The Field Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Will Start On January 1, 2027 And Will Last Until The Services Resulting From The Contract Are Performed For The Total Value Specified In § 3 Section 2 Contracts, But No Later Than December 31, 2027; 3) The Periods And Deadlines For The Implementation Of Individual Services Are Specified In The Contract And Its Annexes. The Contractor Undertakes To Remain Ready To Perform The Subject Of The Contract And Commence The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Within The Time Specified Above, Provided That: A) The Contractor Will Complete All Actions Enabling The Launch Of The Pszok At Its Disposal From The Date Of Commencement Of The Order, B) The Contractor Will Equip The Points Indicated By The Ordering Party With Containers Referred To In Point 4(1) For Medicines By The Date Of Commencement Of The Order, C) The Contractor Will Provide The Property Owners With A Waste Collection Schedule Immediately After Receiving From The Ordering Party, No Later Than On 31 December 2026.
