The Services Must Be Provided In The Same Quality For All Project Components. A Possible Temporal Decoupling Between Onshore And Offshore Implementation Has No Influence On The Scope Of Services; The Services Must Be Provided In Full In Phases. The Scope Will Be Advertised In One Lot. The Client Is Entitled To Suspend, Postpone Or Eliminate Individual Project Components Or Project Phases In Whole Or In Part At Any Time. This Does Not Give Rise To Any Claims By The Contractor To Minimum Purchase Quantities Or Full Utilization Of The Advertised Scope Of Services. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Eur 1,360,000 (Net) Over The Entire Service Period.
