Structural Planning Basic Services Service Phases 1-6 In Accordance With Hoai § 51 (Part 4 Section 1) For The Expansion And Renovation Of The Building Yard Of The Municipality Of Kall. The Fee Is Determined On A Per-Object Basis (§ 11 Hoai) For The Following Objects: Object A+B: New Administration And Social Building With An Attached Workshop (Basic Order; The Construction Method Is Determined During The Planning) Object C: Renovation And Static-Structural Upgrade Of Existing Building (Option 1) Object D: Renovation And Static-Structural Upgrade Of Existing Building (Option 2) Object E: Conversion And Expansion Of Vehicle Hall In Steel Frame Construction (Option 3) Special Boundary Conditions: Settlement-Sensitive, Heterogeneous Fillings (Geotechnical Category 3), Special Foundations Using Special Foundation Engineering (E.G. Cmc Columns Or Bored Piles), Earthquake Effects In Accordance With Din En 1998/Na, Historical Mining Use Of The Site, Dismantling And Construction Pit Planning In The Existing Building. The Further Service Phases Should Optionally (In Stages) Be Commissioned Later. Due To The Current Budgetary Situation Of The Municipality Of Kall, Only The Financing Of The Reconstruction Measure (Object A+B) Is Currently Secured. The Structural Planning Services For Objects C, D And E Are Advertised As Optional Services; Their Retrieval Is Subject To The Budgetary Security Of Financing. The Client Is Entitled To Access The Optional Services In Whole Or By Object Within 24 Months Of The Conclusion Of The Contract; The Contractor Has No Right To Demand Delivery.
