The Object Of The Contract Is To Cover The Operational Needs Of The A & B Building Of The Central Service Of The Ministry Of Digital Governance, Regarding The Processes Of Printing, Copying And Scanning Documents. Specifically, The Contract Concerns The Leasing Of Twenty-One (21) Central Printers* (9 Black And White A3 Printers And 12 Color A3 Printers) (Photocopying - Scanning - Printing), Including The Corresponding Cloud Services For Device Management And Maintenance/Troubleshooting As Well As The Corresponding Supply Of Consumables (Graphites, Waste Containers, Etc.) For A Period Of Thirty-Six (36) Months And With The Right To Purchase The Equipment At The End Of The Relevant Contract. * By The Word Central Printer Or Machine Is Meant A Multi-Machine That Fulfills The Functions Of Photocopier, Printer And Document Scanner. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Purchase The Equipment At The End Of The Contract. The Cost And Terms Of Acquisition Should Be Explicitly Stated In The Relevant Financial Offer And Are Binding On The Contractor. These Machines Must Cover All Service Needs In Produced Copies, Prints And Digitizations And Meet The Technical Specifications, As They Are Captured And Specified In Detail In The Conformity Tables. The Lease Agreement Will Ensure The Continuous And Trouble-Free Operation Of The Equipment And Will Include: - Repair And Maintenance. - Spare Parts And Consumables (Excluding Paper And Staples). - Obligation To Replace The Equipment With An Equivalent, Of The Same Manufacturer As The Machines Of The Lease, In The Event Of Damage Or Problematic Operation Which Cannot Be Completed Within 24 Hours At The Workplace, For As Long As Its Repair Lasts, Or In The Event That Its Maintenance Is Not Possible Or Its Use Is Deemed Unprofitable By The Contractor, Without Additional Charge. Total Copy Volume: The Contract Will Clearly Specify The Number Of Photocopies To Be Covered And Include: - 2,700,000 Black And White Copies For The Entire Three-Year Period - 300,000 Color Copies For The Entire Three-Year Period. The Ministry Is Not Obliged To Exhaust The Maximum Number Of Pages Budgeted Per Year. The Annual Number Of Prints Is Indicative.
