Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Support In The Development Of The New Waste Management Plan For Nrw - Partial Plan For The Areas Of Municipal Waste And Construction And Demolition Waste. The Awp - Tp Municipal Waste As Well As Construction And Demolition Waste Is Prepared By The Munv. The Data Is Provided By The State Office For Nature, Environment And Climate Of North Rhine-Westphalia (Lanuk) And The State Statistical Office (It.Nrw). To Create The Awp - Tp For Municipal Waste As Well As Construction And Demolition Waste, The Munv Is Supported By The Contractor, Who Specifies, Develops And Writes Down Parts Of The Above-Mentioned Process In Close Coordination With The Client. The Following Services Are To Be Provided By The Contractor: A) Service Module A: Preparation Of Ten-Year Forecasts For (1) Municipal Waste And (2) Construction And Demolition Waste With Regard To The Development Of Waste Generation And The Future Need For Waste Disposal Facilities (E.G. Landfills, Municipal Waste Incineration Plants) In North Rhine-Westphalia. The Two Forecasts For (1) Municipal Waste And (2) Construction And Demolition Waste Should - Each Be Based On Data From 2025 And Cover The Forecast Period Up To 2038 And - Each Include The Development Of Two Scenarios That Are Based On Different Basic Assumptions - E.G. On Waste Management Development. At The Beginning Of The Project Period, The Contractor Agrees With The Client On The Methodology Used To Create The Forecast. Data (E.G. On Waste Generation, Landfill Capacities And Population) For The Years Up To 2025 As Well As Population Forecasts Are Provided In Digital Form By Lanuk And It.Nrw. Some Of The Data Is Raw Data; I.E. Data Tables From Which The Contractor, In Coordination With The Client, Derives Or Selects The Data Required For The Forecast. To Develop The Two Forecasts For Municipal Waste And For Construction And Demolition Waste, The Contractor Is Conducting Two Workshops With The Participation Of, Among Others, Specialist Administration, Associations And Other Experts (If An Additional Workshop Is Necessary, The Client Will Inform The Contractor Of This At An Early Stage). The Content Of The Workshops Is Coordinated Between The Client And The Contractor. The Workshops Can Serve To Obtain Further Information About The Data Basis Or To Discuss Preliminary Results. The Contractor Organizes And Records The Workshops In Coordination With The Client. The Workshops Are Moderated Jointly By The Client And The Contractor. B) Service Module B: Development Of Recommendations For Measures To Implement The Waste Hierarchy For The Following Waste Streams: - Bulky Waste, - Recyclable Materials (I.E. Plastic, Wood, Glass, Metal, Paper, Textiles), - Critical Raw Materials From Old Electrical Appliances - Construction And Demolition Waste In Addition, Recommendations For Measures To Combat And Prevent Any Form Of Littering (Littering) And To Clean The Environment Of All Types Of Waste Should Be Developed.
