The Client Intends To Renovate, Expand And Convert The Parliament Building On The Banks Of The Rhine In Düsseldorf. The Aim Of The Overall Measure Is To Further Develop The Building Structurally, Functionally, Technically And Energetically So That It Meets Both The Current And Future Requirements Of Modern Parliamentary Operations And At The Same Time Meets The Climate Policy Goals Of The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia. The Subject Of The Tendered Service Is The Comprehensive Specialist Planning Of The Facade Technology For The Existing Building Of The State Parliament Of North Rhine-Westphalia In Düsseldorf. The Facades And Glass Roofs Of The State Parliament Building Were Planned And Carried Out Between 1985 And 1986 By The Arge Facade Beaujean - Thierron (Bth). The Structural Shell Is Made Up Of Different Types Of Facades, Which Differ Significantly In Terms Of Materiality, Construction, Building Physics And Safety. The Basis Of The Specialist Engineering Services For Facade Technology Is The Existing Inventory Documents As Well As The Examinations And Reports That Have Already Been Carried Out.
