The Activities Subject To Separate Position No. 1 Include The Delivery Of Food Products - Dairy Products, Meat Products, Sugar Products, Pasta Products, Canned Products, Pulses, Seasonings, Vegetables And Fruits, Etc., On Request. The General Requirements, The Full Description Of The Items And The Ways Of Fulfilling The Order Are Detailed In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Quantities Specified In The Technical Specification Are Indicative And The Purchase Of The Specified Food Products Will Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Of Eventuality, In Quantities According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Estimated Value, As Well As The Indicative Quantities Under The Respective Separate Positions Of The Public Procurement, Are Not Binding On The Parties. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right, Depending On Its Needs, To Assign More Or Less Quantities Of The Food Products, Depending On Attendance And Specific Needs. With The Implementation Of The Activities Included In The Subject Of This Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Aims To Achieve The Following Results: To Ensure The Necessary Periodic Supply Of Food Products For The Needs Of Kindergartens In The Villages Of Katunitsa, Karadjovo, Mominsko, Kochevo, Cheshnegirovo, Bolyartsi, Popovitsa, Milevo, Bogdanitsa, The Kindergarten In The Town Of Sadovo And The Crèches In The Village Of Katunitsa And The Town Of Sadovo, As Well As For The Needs Of A Family-Type Accommodation Center For Adults With Mental Retardation In The Village Of Akhmatovo And For The Needs Of The Project Providing A Hot Lunch In The Municipality Of Sadovo With The Beneficiary Municipality Of Sadovo. The Products Are Needed To Prepare Breakfast, Lunch And Mid-Day Meals For Children In Daycare Facilities, To Provide All-Day Meals For Users (Estimated For 12 People) In The Village Of Akhmatovo Central Hospital And To Provide A Hot Lunch Every Working Day For Approximately 400 Users Until The Completion Of The Project Providing A Hot Lunch In The Municipality Of Sadovo. If, During The Period Of Validity Of The Supply Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Current Public Procurement, A Need Arises For The Contracting Authority To Supply Foodstuffs For The Implementation Of Another Project And/Or A New Childrens Institution And/Or A New Social Service Is Opened - The Supplier Under The Contract Will Be Informed Of The Contracting Partys New Needs, And Will Have To Provide The Requested Products To The New Establishments/Places For Providing The Services According To The Terms And Conditions Of The Already Concluded Contract. ​​​​​​​
