Technical Equipment, Basic Services, Service Phases 1-9 In Accordance With Hoai § 55 (Part 4, Section 2) For The Expansion And Renovation Of The Building Yard In The Municipality Of Kall. The Services Include The Technical Equipment System Groups Relevant To The Project In Accordance With Section 53 Paragraph 2 Hoai (Including Sanitary, Heat Supply, Air Technology, Heavy Current, Telecommunications, Conveying, Usage-Specific Systems And Building Automation). The Fee Is Determined On A Property-By-Property Basis (§ 11 Hoai) For Each System Group For The Following Properties: Property A+B: New Administration And Social Building With Attached Workshop Including Heating Center, Local Heating Network And Pv Systems (Basic Order) Property C: Energy-Related Renovation And Technical Upgrade Of Existing Building (Option 1) Property D: Energy-Related And Technical Renovation Of Existing Building Including Connection To The Local Heating Network (Option 2) Property E: Conversion, Extension And Technical Adaptation Of The Vehicle Hall Including Electrical And Pv Systems (Option 3) Special Boundary Conditions: Development Of A Heat Supply And Generation Concept For The Location (Heating Center With Local Heating Network, Integration Of The Existing Buildings, Use Of Renewable Energies) Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Geg And Relevant Funding Programs (Including Beg/Bew); Workshop-Specific Operating Technology (Including Extraction, Compressed Air, Separation Technology, Personal Filling Station); Charging Infrastructure For The Municipal Vehicle Fleet; Security Of Supply And Functionality Of The Location In The Event Of A Disaster Or Crisis; Settlement-Sensitive, Heterogeneous Fills (Geotechnical Category 3) And Historical Mining Use Of The Site, To Be Taken Into Account In Particular For Buried Lines And Routes, In The Earthing And Lightning Protection Concept As Well As In Drainage.
