The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Main Activities: Activity 1 - Preparation Of An Investment Project In Phase Technical Project With Scope And Content According To The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects And The Technical Specification (Part Iii Requirements For Technical Projects). - Part Geodesy - Part Water Supply And Sewerage; - Part Safety And Health Plan (Shp); - Part Construction Waste Management Plan (Cwmp); - Part Fire Safety (Pb); - Accounting Documentation - Quantitative (Cs), Quantitative - Value Accounts (Css), Incl. Of Dismantling Works; - General Explanatory Note; Activity 2 - Implementation Of Smr According To The Duly Agreed And Approved Investment Project, The Issued Construction Permit And The Opening Of The Construction Site, By Drawing Up And Signing A Protocol (Protocol 2) For Opening And Handing Over The Construction Site And Giving The Line And Level Of The Construction; The Construction Must Include The Implementation Of All Types Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Implementation Of The New Water Supply System On The Land Property. All Building Materials And Products Used In Construction Must Be Of High Quality And Accompanied By Certificates Of Origin And/Or Declarations Of Compliance With The Basic Requirements For Construction, According To The Legal Framework. Compilation Of Acts And Protocols During Construction, Reports, Ascertainment Protocols For Actually Performed Construction And Installation Works And Activities, Executive Documentation, Technical Passport And Other Construction Documentation Regarding The Completed Construction, According To Ordinance No. 3/31.03.2003. For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction And Other Regulatory Documents. Activity 3 - Exercise Of Authorial Supervision By The Designer During Construction. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Build A New Water Supply System On The Land Property Through Construction And Installation Works, By Developing A New Project Along A New Route. The New Route Is Recommended To Pass Through Green Areas As Much As Possible, In Order To Preserve The Existing Permanent Pavements In The Land Property. For The New Water Supply Network, Hydraulic Calculations Should Be Made Depending On The Final Consumption In The Individual Buildings Of The Roc-City. Harmanli. By Implementing A New Supply Water Pipe On The Regulated Land Property Of The Roc Harmanli From The Water Meter Shaft To Each Building And Site, The Losses Of Drinking Water That Are Observed With The Existing Condition Of The Old Water Pipe Will Be Stopped. This Will Lead To Improved Building Infrastructure And Service To More Asylum Seekers. The Total Period For The Execution Of The Contract Is Up To 120 (One Hundred And Twenty) Calendar Days And Includes The Period For The Preparation Of The Investment Project, The Period For The Execution Of The Construction And Assembly Works And The Period For Exercising The Authors Supervision. The Deadline For The Preparation Of The Investment Project In The Technical Phase Begins
