The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Completing External Installations And The Development Of The Area Along With The Exit Road And Sidewalk Within Part Of The Building A In Spwsz In Szczecin, Ul. Arkońska 4 - Plot No. 3/38, Precinct 2036. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Basic Order Includes: 1) Execution Of Construction Works In The Scope Of Completing The Reconstruction Of The External Water Supply System, Parts Of The Sanitary And Rainwater Sewage System As Well As External Electrical And Telecommunications Installations Along With The Exit Road And Sidewalks In Spwsz In Szczecin At Ul. Arkońska 4, Within Building A, Within The Boundaries Of Plot No. 3/38, Area 2036. The Following Works Will Be Performed Within The Scope Of The Basic Order: A) External Installations Of Technical Infrastructure In The Field Of Sanitary, Electrical And Telecommunications Installations, As Well As Land Development Facilities And Devices, Along With The Construction And Connection Of The Zr-1B Retention Tank. The Area And Scope Of The Investment Were Specified In The Area Development Plan (Hereinafter Referred To As Pzt), Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Opz - As Stage 1 Of The Works, B) Construction Of A Sewage Compressor Station Next To Building A, C) Restoration Of The Green Area Where The Zr-1B Underground Retention Tank Will Be Located And The Area In The Area Of The Sewage Compressor Station, D) Completion Of The Renovation And Insulation Of The Basement Walls Of The Eastern And Southern Facades, Including Installation In These Walls Window Joinery And Installation Of Light Wells (Stage 1 Specified In The Pzt), E) Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Road And Sidewalks After Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of The Building And Network, To The Extent Covered By The Subject Of The Order; 2) Warranty Service Of Sewage Pumping Stations; 3) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Submitting A Notice Of Construction Completion To The Competent Construction Supervision Authority, If Required By Applicable Regulations. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Place Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Independent Public Provincial Hospital In Szczecin, Based At Ul. Arkońska 4, 71-455 Szczecin, Located At Ul. Arkońska 4. 5. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Pzp, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract. 6. Orders Referred To In Point 3.9. Swz, Will Consist In Repeating Construction Works Consistent With The Construction Works That Are The Subject Of This Order And Construction Works Similar To Them In The Technological Aspect Of Their Execution. The Material Scope Of Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of The Orders Referred To In Point 3.9. Swz, Will Include Works Related To The Completion Of External Installations And Construction
