The Estimated Value Of The Service Framework Agreement Is Between 4,352,020.38 Lei Without Vat And Between 17,763,399.76 Lei Without Vat. The Contracting Authority Will Respond To The Clarification Requests Addressed In The Term Provided For In Section I.3 (11 Days Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers, In Accordance With Article 160 And 161 Of Law 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, With The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For Four Years. The Frequency Of Concluding Subsequent Contracts Is At Least Two Subsequent Contracts Per Year And Of Approved Budget Funds The Maximum Value Of The Subsequent Contract Is 4,320,920.38 Lei Without Vat And The Minimum Estimated Value Of The Subsequent Contract Is 1,893,197.17 Lei Without Vat
