The City Of Bützow Intends To Comprehensively Modernize The Existing Wilhelm Schröder Sports Hall And To Supplement Missing Capacities With Suitable Structural Extensions. As Part Of A Previous Condition Assessment And Preliminary Investigation, The Structural, Technical, Functional And Energy Deficiencies Were Analyzed And Evaluated. The Modernization Concept Developed Provides For The Restructuring Of The Existing Floor Plans As Well As A New, Single-Story Extension Building On The Southeast Side, Which Integrates Missing Uses (Changing Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, Kitchen, Outdoor Storage). In Addition, The Construction Of A New Barrier-Free Access Wing With A Staircase And Elevator For The Grandstand On The Upper Floor Is Planned. The Subject Of The Order Is The Services Of Specialist Planning For Technical Building Equipment In Accordance With §§ 55 Ff. Hoai - Service Phases 1-9. The Assignment Will Be Carried Out In Stages.
