The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Following Services: A) Removal, Under Ornithological And Chiropterological Supervision, Of Trees And Shrubs Resulting From The Developed Dendrological Report Included In The Construction Design Volume Ii - Dendrological Industry, Constituting An Annex To The Opz, Covered By The Decision Of The Voivode Of Masovia 150/Spec/2025 Of October 6, 2025 On Determining The Location Of The Railway Line. Works Related To The Removal Of Vegetation Include Cutting And Clearing Trees, Bushes, Forest Growth And Plants, Transporting Trunks, Stumps And Branches Outside The Investment Area, Filling Holes And Destroying The Remains Of The Removed Vegetation. B) Purchase And Installation Of 40 Nesting Boxes For Birds Under The Supervision Of An Ornithologist, In The Area Of ​​The Old Orthodox Cemetery And In The Nearest Fragments Of Tree Stands Belonging To The Jabłonna Forest District, After Consultation With The Relevant Land Manager; C) Purchase And Installation, Under The Supervision Of A Chiropterologist, Of 20 Boxes For Bats In The Area Of ​​The Old Orthodox Cemetery, After Consultation With The Relevant Manager Of The Area; D) Inspecting All Booths And Boxes For Technical Condition And Maintenance, Including Cleaning, At Least Once Every Two Years For A Period Of 30 Years From The Date Of Suspension. Repair Or Replacement Of The Booths With New Ones If They Are Damaged. The Boxes Should Be Put Up Before Cutting Begins. Note: Installation Of Bird Nest Boxes And Bat Boxes Should Be Done Before Felling. The Execution Period Of The Order Will Be Until March 15, 2027. The Parties Will Prepare A Transfer Protocol Of The Area Where The Contractor Will Perform The Works No Later Than Within 3 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Terms And Conditions Of The Agreement Contained In Volume Ii Of The Swz, The Implementation Deadline Was Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage 1 - Environmental Supervision Inspected The Area For The Presence Of Protected Species.
