A) The Object Of The Purchase Consists Of The Following Categories Of Services: 1) Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Services During Planned/Unplanned Shutdowns, For The 400 Kv Cell-Unit 1, Unit 2 And Unit 0 With The Related 400 Kv Connections And Separators, Consisting Mainly Of The Activities Described In Point 6.1 Of The Specifications... 2) Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Services For Transformers Of Power T01, T02, T03, T04, Unit 1 And Unit 2, Consisting Mainly Of The Activities Described In Point 6.2 Of The Specifications. 3) Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Services For Power Transformers T05, T06, Unit 1 And Unit 2, Consisting Mainly Of The Activities Described In Point 6.3 Of The Specifications. 4) Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Services For Transformers T1, T2, Tc01 And Tc 02, Unit 0, Consisting Mainly Of The Activities Described In Point 6.4 Of The Specifications. 5) Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Services Of The Circuit Breakers And The Actuation Mechanisms Of The Plotters Related To The Transformers In Unit 0, Unit 1 And Unit 2, Consisting Mainly Of The Activities Described In Point 6.5 Of The Specifications. B) The Materials/Spare Parts/Consumables Used For The Provision Of The Services Are Presented For Information Purposes In Annex 1.6A To The Terms Of Reference; These Will Be Insured By The Service Provider Up To The Amount Of 3,000,000 Lei Without Vat, At The Unit Price From The Invoices Issued By The Service Providers Suppliers, To Which A Supply Quota Of Maximum 10% (In Normal Supply Mode) Or Maximum 15% (In Emergency Supply Mode) Will Be Added. The Settlement Mechanism For Materials/Spare Parts/Consumables Is Described In Chapter. 6 Of The Specifications, Section General Requirements. The Equipment/Spare Parts With A Long Manufacturing Cycle Or Critical, Necessary For The Provision Of Services, Are Presented For Information Purposes In Annex 1.6B To The Task Book; These Will Be Insured By The Service Provider Within The Limit Of 1,000,000 Lei Without Vat, According To The Purchase Mechanism Similar To The One Described Above, For The Insurance Of The Parts According To Annex 1.6A. Note: The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Redistribute The Unconsumed Financial Funds Between Annex 1.6A And Annex 1.6B, Exclusively In The Event That The Budget Allocated To One Of The Annexes Has Been Fully Consumed, And Operational Needs Require The Purchase Of New Benchmarks From That Annex.
