The Purpose Of The Public Contract Is The Construction Of A Multi-Fuel Boiler With The Assumption Of Burning 100% Of Untreated Municipal Waste, While Large-Volume Waste Will Be Processed By Crushing Outside The Area Of Operation Of The Facility And Will Be Imported Into The Facility Processed By Crushing, Which Will Actually Serve As A Facility For The Energy Utilization Of Waste (Zevo) In The Area Of Teplárny Sever Located In The City Of Třebíč, Which Will Make It Possible To Replace The Current Way Of Handling Selected Waste, Enabling Their Energy Use Through Controlled Combustion Process, And At The Same Time Ensures Efficient Use Of The Generated Energy For The Production Of Electricity And Heat. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of The Construction Of A Multi-Fuel Boiler That Actually Serves As A Waste-To-Energy Facility (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Facility Or Work) In The Form Of A Turnkey Implementation, Including The Processing Of Implementation Documentation, The Supply Of All Technological Equipment And Related Components, Their Assembly, Installation, Connection With The Existing Infrastructure Of The Contracting Authority, Ensuring Test Operation (Or Cooperation In Its Provision), Putting The Equipment Into Operation, Performing Functional, Operational And Warranty Tests, Elimination Of Defects And Unfinished Works, Solution Of Failure To Meet Guaranteed Parameters, Operator Training And Handover Of Complete Operational, Technical And Legislatively Required Documentation And Provision Of A Guarantee. The Scope Of Performance Also Includes The Preparation And Cleaning Of The Construction Site, The Performance Of All Necessary Revisions, Tests And Inspections, The Provision Of The Required Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity And Other Documents Necessary For The Proper Commissioning Of The Equipment And Its Use In Accordance With The Relevant Legal Regulations.
