The Subject Of The Framework Agreement Is The Awarding Of Individual Sub-Contracts For The Execution Of Design And Engineering Activities For The Purpose Of Processing The Passport Of Buildings And Processing The Pbř Of Buildings Owned By The Client Or To Which The Client Has Other Right Of Use, Which Are Located In The Territory Of The Czech Republic. The Processing Of The Passport And Pbř Consists In Particular Of: Preparation Of The Building Passport According To The Building Act No. 283/2021 Coll., And The Decree On Construction Documentation No. 131/2024 Coll. Elaboration Of The Pbř Of The Building According To The Valid Wording Of Act No. 133/1985 Coll., On Fire Protection, As Amended And The Valid Wording Of Decree No. 246/2001 Coll., Decree On Fire Prevention. Provision Of Engineering Activities For The Purpose Of Issuing A Consent Opinion Of The Relevant Territorial Department Of The Fire And Rescue Service (Úo Hzs), The Building Authority.
