Aircraft-Engine Repair Services - Major/Overhaul Of Rd-33 Engines, Ser. 2, For Mig-29 Aircraft, By Concluding A Framework Agreement. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Carrying Out Basic/Overhaul Repair (Below In The Text Service/S) Of Up To 10 (Ten) Rd-33 Engines, Ser. 2, For Mig-29 Aircraft (Below In The Text Engine/S) To Restore Their Inter-Repair Resource And Inter-Repair Service Life, By Concluding A Framework Agreement For A Period Of 48 Months. The Service Includes Performing Basic/Overhaul Repair (Mro) Of Rd-33 Aircraft Engines, Ser. 2, According To Table 1 - Attachment No. 13 (Attached File In The Electronic File Of The Order). The User (Command Of The Air Force Of The Republic Of Bulgaria) Provides The Contractor With A Fund Of Spare Parts In The Form Of Completed Rd-33 Engines, Specified In Table 2 - Appendix No. 13. The Main Requirements For The Provided Service, Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Described In Technical Specification Ts L 22.5223.26-Уво, Appendix No. 18 (Attached File In The Electronic Order File) And Described In Item 1, Section Ii Of The Documentation. The Period For Performing The Mot Of The First Two Engines Must Not Exceed 6 (Six) Months, Counted From The Date Of The Acceptance-Handover Protocol For Handing Over The Product For Repair By The User To The Contractor Or His Representative (Acceptance And Handover Protocol For Service Performance - Appendix No. 6 Of The Draft Contract). The Period For Performing The Mot Of All Subsequent Engines Must Not Exceed 9 (Nine) Months, Counted From The Date Of The Acceptance-Handover Protocol For Handing Over The Product For Repair By The User To The Contractor Or His Representative (Acceptance And Handover Protocol For Service Performance - Appendix No. 6 Of The Draft Contract). The Performance Of The Relevant Service Ends With Acceptance Of The Respective Engine By Authorized Persons Of The Contracting Authority And Signing Between The Parties Of The Protocol For Acceptance Of Performed Service (Appendix No. 7 Of The Draft Contract). The Date Of Execution Of The Service Under A Specific Contract Is Considered To Be The Date Of Signing Of The Protocol For The Acceptance Of The Performed Service, Certifying The Receipt Of The Engines After Performing The Mot, Signed By Representatives Of The Contractor And The Employer. After The Performance Of The Service, The Contractor Performs Mock-Up Assembly And Handover To The User Of The Rd-33 Engines Provided As A Fund Of Spare Parts For Its Performance, For Which A Handover Protocol Is Signed Between Representatives Of The Parties (Unless These Engines Have Become Part Of A Subsequent Contract Concluded Under The Framework Agreement).
