Environmental Planning – Frankfurtrheinmain Regional Association - Natura 2000 Impact Assessments As Part Of The Reorganization Of The Rps/Regfnp. The Frankfurtrhinemain Regional Association (Corporation Under Public Law) Is Responsible For Drawing Up The Land Use Plan For The Area Of ​​The Frankfurt/Rhine-Main Metropolitan Area In Accordance With Section 8 Paragraph 1 Metropolg (Law On The Frankfurt/Rhine-Main Metropolitan Region). The South Hesse Regional Plan/Regional Land Use Plan For The Frankfurt/Rhine-Main Metropolitan Area (Rps/Regfnp) Is Currently Being Redrafted Together With The Darmstadt Regional Council. As Part Of This Realignment, The Land Use Plan-Related Representations Must Be Checked For Their Compatibility With The Natura 2000 Area Setting. The Client Intends To Commission Natura 2000 Impact Assessments For The Land Use Plan-Related Representations In Accordance With Section 5 Para. 2 Baugb Of The Regional Land Use Plan (Regfnp) That Is Currently Being Drawn Up For The Frankfurt/Rhine-Main Conurbation. The Test Includes A Total Of 400 Test Cases As A Fixed-Price Service And Up To 100 Additional Test Cases As An Optional Service. The Service Includes In Particular The Following Work Steps: - Compiling The Data Bases To Be Used, - Validation And Preparation Of The Data Bases, - Impact Analysis, - Assessment, - Prevention Measures, - Recommendations For The Consideration Of Land Use Planning, And - Documentation. A Detailed Service Overview Of The Work Steps Can Be Found In Appendix 3 To The Service Contract. The Aim Is To Examine Whether The Land Use Plan-Related Representations Of The Regfnp Can Lead To Significant Impairments Of The Conservation Objectives Or The Components Of The Natura 2000 Areas That Are Relevant For The Protection Purpose. In Particular, The Client Pursues: - A Legally Sound And Technically Sound Assessment Of Natura 2000 Compatibility - Expert Recommendations For Each Planned Area (Compatibility / Area Adjustment / Plan Waiver) - Complete Gis-Based Documentation Of The Test Results - Reliable Results For The Land-Use Planning Assessment And The Plan Preparation Process - Compliance With The Requirements Of The Habitats Directive (92/43/Eec) And The Birds Directive (2009/147/Ec).
