Construction Activities Do Not Require A Construction Permit And Approval Of An Investment Project. All Smr/Srr Included In The Order Represent Ongoing Repair Within The Meaning Of Paragraph 5, Item 43 Of The Dr Of The Zut And Are Aimed At Improving The Operational Qualities Of The Existing Site, Without Affecting The Structure, Without Carrying Out Reconstruction, Reconstruction Or Change Of Purpose. The Term For The Implementation Of All Activities And Construction And Installation Works Included In The Scope Of This Public Procurement Should Not Be Longer Than 70 (Seventy) Calendar Days.
