Engineering Design Services – Dns - Design Activities And Documentation For The Construction Of Pv And Bess. The Subject Of Public Contracts Awarded In The Established Dns Is The Provision Of Design And Engineering Services For The Preparation Of The Construction Of Photovoltaic Power Plants (Pve), Possibly Including Battery Storage Facilities (Bess). Fulfillment Includes In Particular The Processing Of Project Documentation In Stages According To The Requirements Of Specific Public Contracts, The Provision Of Related Technical Documentation And The Performance Of Engineering Activities To The Extent Necessary For The Preparation And Authorization Of Buildings. The Performance May Also Include The Performance Of Copyright Supervision And Other Related Design And Engineering Services. The Subject Of Public Contracts Is Not The Realization Of Buildings Or The Supply Of Technological Units. All Stages Of Documentation Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With § 157 And 158 Of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., The Building Act As Amended And Its Implementing Regulations. The Supplied Documentation And Design Work Should Be Complete For The Construction Of The Entire Pv Plant, Or Bess (Battery Energy Storage System). Finally, For The Implementation Project, Technical Documents Will Be Incorporated Into The Project Documentation For The Transformation / Switching Stations, Bess And Supporting Structures, Which Will Be Supplied By The Competitive Suppliers Or Manufacturers Of These Components. The Contracting Authority Will Only Check The Documentation. The Supplier Will Carry Out The Overall Assembly, Including Printing.
