Construction Work For Pipelines, Communication And Power Lines, For Highways, Roads, Airfields And Railways; Flatwork – The Overall Contract For The Construction Of The Oulunsuu Dn400 District Heating Line. Oulun Energia Oy (Hereinafter Also Customer And Procurement Unit) Organizes A Tender For The Overall Contract Of The Dn400 District Heating Line In Oulunsuu. In Procurement, The Act On Procurement Of Special Sectors (1398/2016) Is Observed. The Procurement Is Tendered Using The Negotiation Procedure In Accordance With Section 38 Of The Procurement Act For Special Sectors. The Procurement Refers To Construction Contract Procurement As Referred To In The Procurement Act For Special Sectors. The Operation In Accordance With The Agreement Will Start In Its Entirety On 1 October 2026. The Exact Date Will Be Specified In The Final Tender Request. The Selected Contractor Will Act As The Main Executor Of The Site In The Contract According To The Object Of Procurement. The Customers Subcontractor And Welding Quality Supervisor Can Also Work On The Site. The Contract Is Implemented In Close Cooperation With The Customer. Timetables For The Execution Of The Contract Are Critical, And For This Reason, The Client Defines The Scheduling Of The Construction Sites And The Execution Order Of The Construction. A More Precise Way Of Working Is Specified In The Customers Job Description. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Appendices Of The Request For Tender.
