To Ensure That We Can Continue To Comply With The Acquisition Of Software Licenses In A Lawful And Efficient Manner For The Coming Years, The Aforementioned Agreement Will Be Put Out To Tender Again. We Are Looking For A Supplier (Reseller) Who Can Provide Standard Software Licenses And Related Services (According To The Requirements Set Out In The Attached Schedule Of Requirements). This Supplier Must Provide Independent, Appropriate And High-Quality Advice That Is In Our Interests. See Tender Documents. The Estimated Value Of The Assignment Is €260,000 (Excl. Vat) Per Year. The Total Estimated Value Over The Maximum Term Of Four (4) Years Is €1,040,000 (Excl. Vat). If We Exceed The Total Contract Value Estimated Above By More Than 200%, A New Tender Will Be Launched. The Maximum Purchase Under The Framework Agreement Is Therefore € 2,080,000 (Excl. Vat).
